The Buzz is the current, online incarnation of the Franklin High School student publication. As a public forum for student expression, student editors make all content decisions. It is our goal to express the full range of opinions, viewpoints, backgrounds, and experiences of all Franklin High School Students. We strive to uphold the Journalistic principles and code of conduct as established by the Student Press Law Center and the Society of Professional Journalists. All rights and responsibilities as outlined by the Stockton Unified School District Board of Education are reserved.
